What name should parcels be addressed to for a customer?
All parcels must arrive at the warehouse addressed to the name specified in the loyalty customer's account, including the STE number. If a parcel arrives under a different name, we may refuse further service. If a parcel arrives without the STE, it will be significantly harder for us to identify it for the customer. Also, when registering, please make sure to enter your actual residential address, not your registered address.
What should I keep in mind when tracking my order?
It is important to track when parcels arrive at a parcel locker/pickup point/post office, as unfortunately, notifications from postal carriers do not always come through due to technical reasons. If a parcel is not collected by the customer on time, it will be returned — but not to the USA. GBS rate parcels (Superfast, Fastbox, Express, Gabarit) are returned to the GBS warehouse in Moscow, from where we can resend them to you. However, parcels shipped under the "Economy" and "Universal" rates are returned to the carrier's country ("Economy" to Germany, "Universal" to the UAE). Reshipping from these countries is not possible.
Is it okay if I place orders with my own card but ship to different recipients?
Yes, that's perfectly fine — we can ship parcels to different recipients.
Please also note: if you plan to send a large number of identical or similar parcels, we recommend shipping them to different recipients with completely different details — including email address and phone number — to avoid any customs issues.

What is the API for regular purchasing partners?
This is a code integration that lets you manage your customers' parcels from your own account. If an order is already at the warehouse, we will register it under the FastBox rate; if the item has not yet arrived, it will be registered as SuperFast. Once the warehouse has packed the parcel, you can pay for shipping from your account. To avoid paying for each parcel individually, we offer an auto-payment option for parcel delivery.
How does the iHerb vitamin order promotion work, and what are the restrictions?
A special shipping rate applies to iHerb orders: $12.99 for parcels up to 1 kg and $38.90 for parcels up to 3 kg. To take part in the promotion, you need to: purchase items on iHerb through our buyers or on your own, choose the "Fastbox" or "Superfast" shipping rate, pay the invoice, and wait approximately 7–10 calendar days for your parcel to arrive.

When is the shipping cost recalculated under the buyers' promotion?
If a parcel qualifies for the promotion, the shipping cost will be recalculated before dispatch. The cost is calculated at the promotional rate, and you will also need to pay the mandatory insurance fee.

If the order value exceeds 200 euros, when is the 15% customs duty paid?
You can pay the duty in advance only for GBS rates (Superfast, Fastbox, Express, Gabarit) on the website, or alternatively at the time of customs clearance.
What are the restrictions on liquid and powder products?
Liquid items are limited to 3 liters per parcel. There are no restrictions on dry bulk goods, but food products must not exceed 5 kg per parcel.
Is it possible to add seller and buyer labels to parcels sent to customers?
No, we do not apply custom labels to parcels.
What happens to a parcel if it is held at customs?
For GBS rates (Superfast, Fastbox, Express, Gabarit), re-export is not available (a customs clearance process is possible, but it generally does not cover the cost of the goods), or paid disposal (at the customer's expense).
For the Universal and Economy rates, re-export is possible but with limitations. For example, under the Economy rate you cannot change the declaration, split the parcel, or change the destination country. Under the Universal rate, you can make adjustments to the declaration and change the parcel's delivery country.
