Minor delays in intake and consolidation after Black Friday

Dear customers.
Due to the large influx of packages and orders after Black Friday, intake and consolidation are running with slight delays. Processing times are extended by 1–2 days.
The warehouse team is currently working especially hard and at maximum pace to restore standard timelines as quickly as possible.
We remind you that packages are being shipped on schedule. The last shipping day this year falls on December 24 (thus the last shipment via Econom tariffs is December 18, CDEK is December 23), the first shipment in the new year will be on January 2. On December 31 and January 1, customer support, chat, and the buyout operators will not be working.
