Today we're sharing three improvements that have made working with the service more convenient and worry-free.
Now you can apply a shipping promo code not only when creating a shipment, but also later – before payment. If you forgot to enter a promo code or received one after sending your package for processing, no worries, you can apply it before paying for the shipment.
It's now possible to cancel package processing. This comes in handy if another package you forgot about suddenly arrives, or if you've decided to switch tariffs. You can now do this on your own, without contacting customer support, as long as the processing or inspection of the package hasn't started yet.
Canceling a buyout order is also now available, as long as it hasn't been picked up by a buyer for processing. If you've changed your mind, found a better option, or decided to change something, you can cancel the order in one click.
