Updates and improvements: what's changed on the site

19 May 2025

Dear customers! After a short weekend break, the website is up and running again. We've made a number of changes to both the interface and the technical side. Below we explain exactly what has changed.

1. Improved the calculator

We made the difference between tariffs more visual and sped up the cost calculation.

2. Simplified the shipping process

  • Added recipient cards with name, address, and phone number – all recipient information is now right at your fingertips.
  • When selecting a tariff, you can now immediately see the approximate cost and features – no surprises.
  • Additional items are organized by category; you can easily see what's been added, how much it weighs, and remove anything unnecessary before consolidation.

3. Changed how orders are placed through an operator

Now each store is a separate order. You can add your own promo code and comment to each one. No more confusion.

4. Added a "Cancelled parcels" section

If your shipment was cancelled for some reason, the filled-in parcel no longer disappears. You can edit it and resubmit it for consolidation.

5. Updated the mobile version

We completely redesigned the mobile web version: placing orders and parcels should now be more convenient, simpler, and clearer from your phone.

6. Moved news out of the personal account

Important updates are now displayed not only in your personal account – you can stay up to date with changes right away.

7. Updated transaction history

We made it more visual – now it's easy to figure out what the charges or deposits were for and when they happened.

8. Reworked the technical side

We've updated many internal processes. The site has become faster, and over time it will become more stable and reliable. These changes aren't visible from the outside, but they are important for development and sustainable operation in the future.

We understand that not everything may feel convenient right away – especially if you're used to the previous look and workflow. Some things may seem unfamiliar or raise questions, particularly in the first days after launch. We're trying to address any issues that arise as quickly as possible.

Temporary glitches and unstable operation are also possible. Full stabilization may take a few days. We apologize for any inconvenience – these changes were necessary to move forward and improve the service.

Thank you for being with us. We continue to work and are always open to feedback.
