The CDEK batch shipment scheduled for December 23 is postponed to January
26 December 2025
The last scheduled shipment from the warehouse was set for December 23.
In the days leading up to the New Year, airports are operating under extreme overload. For this batch, the carrier confirmed departure was possible only with the rate increased roughly threefold. We decided not to ship the parcels under such conditions and not to pass the additional costs on to our customers.
The batch is fully assembled, consolidated, and ready at the warehouse. The parcels have not been lost or delayed in processing – they are waiting for the nearest safe and reasonably priced shipping window.
The shipment will go out with the first available batch after the New Year. In January, all parcels will travel at the previous, standard rates.
We understand that waiting at the end of the year is especially difficult, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. Thank you for your trust and patience – we truly appreciate it.
