We keep making the service more convenient and clearer, drawing on your questions and real-world usage scenarios. We are gradually rolling out changes that remove unnecessary steps, reduce support requests, and let you manage orders and parcels on your own with just a couple of clicks.
Canceling ordered additional services
You can now cancel ordered photo, video, and splitting services on your own, as long as the parcel has not yet been picked from the shelf to perform these services. Cancellation is available right in your personal account next to the additional services request, without contacting support.
Canceling shipping insurance
Up until the moment of paying for the parcel, you can remove shipping insurance. We know it often gets added by accident, so now cancellation is available on your own, without operator involvement.
Closing tickets by the customer
If a ticket has already been created but a reply is no longer needed — for example, you got the information in the chat on the website or in Telegram — you can mark it as resolved. After that, the ticket is automatically removed from processing. Please make use of this option, it really helps.
Canceling a withdrawal request
A withdrawal request can now be canceled if it has not yet been processed or picked up by an operator.
"Parcel in pallet" status
A new status has appeared that shows the parcel has already been picked into a pallet. This removes the frequent questions about whether the parcel will go out in the upcoming shipment. The status is shown next to the parcel number.
Checking the parcel shipping cost in the calculator
In the parcel card, next to the shipping cost, there is now a link to the calculation in the calculator. This link opens the calculator with the parameters of that specific parcel already filled in. You don't need to enter anything again – you can immediately see the calculation and check why the cost came out the way it did.
Changing email and full name
You can now change your email and full name in your profile on your own. Changes are available only via verification in the Telegram bot.
Pre-orders and auctions
If an order is a pre-order or an auction, a corresponding label is now shown next to it. Information about the auction/pre-order end time is displayed directly in the card next to the order number.
