History of the Nasty Gal Brand
In 2008, NastyGal.com appeared, and the company's business development took place mainly through social networks. The store released interesting collections and took cool photos with its models, which were promoted across the entire internet. In addition, new vintage selections, Nasty Gal Vintage, were constantly made, which sold out in a matter of hours.
The store mainly sold items to girls from California, then expanded to the markets of more than 60 countries (although the majority of sales are still in the USA). In 2016, Sophia Amoruso's net worth was estimated at $280 million.
