Allowed, up to $300 per item
Regular goods with no quantity restrictions
- Clothing and footwear (if the material is not specified in the declaration, any type is acceptable, including leather).
- Sporting goods, including skates, skis, snowboards, SUP boards, golf and hockey sticks, and accessories.
- Board games.
- Dietary supplements, vitamins.
- Non-perishable food items (candy, sweets, sauces, snacks) — up to 5 kg per parcel.
- Liquids (including carbonated beverages) — no more than 3 liters per parcel.
- Personal care products: soap, shampoos, conditioners, toothpastes, razors.
- Pet products (food and vitamins) — provided they contain no seeds (especially in rodent food) and are approved by our logistics team. (delivery is available only under the "Econom" and "Universal" rates)
- Home textiles: bed linen, curtains, bedspreads, pillows, blankets.
- Candles.
- Books.
- Baby strollers and car seats.
- Vinyl records (available only under the "Universal" and "CDEK" rates).
- Musical instruments.
- Mixing consoles, professional audio equipment.
- Speakers, loudspeakers, amplifiers (delivery available only under the "Econom" and "Universal" rates).
- Printers (3D printers are not allowed).
- Hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.).
- Wristwatches (regular and smartwatches), without precious metals or stones.
- Paintings (fine art).
- Home textiles and needlework: rugs, fabrics, yarn, embroidery kits.
- Home tableware: glass and ceramic dishes for food and drink, vases and other glassware.
- Watch straps (any material is acceptable, including leather, as long as the material is not specified in the customs declaration).
- Outdoor/camping gear: sleeping bags, tents, hammocks, canopies — strictly NO military/camouflage/green/earth-tone items.
Allowed, but with conditions
Up to $300, no more than 1 item per parcel, only together with other non-sanctioned goods
- Decorative figurines and statuettes (porcelain, plastic, ceramic, wood, metal).
- Belts, bracelets, costume jewelry, and fine jewelry (including plastic and metal).
- Eyewear (all types, including sports, sunglasses, and lenses) — declare as Sports equipment.
- Toys (all types, including dolls, play sets, and building sets) — declare as Board game.
- Bags of all kinds (travel bags, suitcases, card holders, wallets, school backpacks, cosmetic pouches) — declare as Hand luggage accessories.
- Decorative and skincare cosmetics (eyeshadow, lipstick, mascara, foundation, scrubs, masks, deodorants, brushes, sponges, creams, serums, toners) — declare as personal hygiene product/cleansing product.
- Electric shavers.
Electronics, up to $2,500 per item
Permitted tech with restrictions
- Gaming consoles (including Steam Deck; VR — allowed, but no more than once every 6 months).
- Apple TV.
- Nintendo dock stations.
- Computers (including laptops; ruggedized/toughbooks are not allowed).
- Hard drives, SSDs, HDDs.
- Graphics cards.
- Tablets and e-readers (ruggedized/toughbooks are not allowed).
- Monitors and TVs up to 27 inches (no damage insurance available).
- Modems, routers, and networking equipment.
- Keyboards, mice, and other input devices.
- Mobile phones and smartphones.
- Capture cards (external/internal).
- Digital cameras and webcams.
- USB flash drives.
- Cooling fans and motherboards.
Prohibited for delivery to Russia and Belarus
Prohibited items only — permitted items are listed in the green and yellow sections
- All home appliances.
- Power tools.
- Processors (CPUs).
- Camera accessories (filters, lenses) without a camera included.
- Transmitters/receivers for audio/video recording/playback.
- ⚠️ Speakers and monitors (even with built-in speakers) — are allowed.
- Scanners.
- Construction and diagnostic instruments.
- Military/tactical clothing, accessories, and camouflage.
- Watches made of precious metals/stones (only with sapphire crystal glass — allowed).
- Spare parts for cars, motorcycles, and boats.
- Fish finders (echo sounders).
Batteries and accumulators
Rules for all countries
Allowed
- No more than two battery-powered devices (laptop, phone, tablet, wireless headphones, etc.) per parcel.
- Only factory KIT sets are allowed: device + 1 main battery + 1 spare battery.
- Batteries over 100 Wh (5.0 Ah) — prohibited.
Not allowed
- Standalone batteries (including Li-ion, NiMH, and others) are prohibited.
- Power banks — only when shipped with a device; without a device — not allowed.
- RC models with Li-Po batteries — prohibited.
Important: even compliant parcels containing batteries are sometimes returned (e.g. by USPS, FedEx).
Completely prohibited for all countries

- Separately purchased batteries (of any type).
- Batteries with a capacity exceeding 100 Wh (5.0 Ah).
- Power banks without the primary device they are intended for.
- Radio-controlled (RC) models with lithium-polymer batteries.
- Weapons (including airsoft), their parts, ammunition, and components.
- Any knives, including kitchen knives.
- Thermal imaging devices, night vision equipment, and optics.
- Dual-use equipment (military and near-military): walkie-talkies, first aid kits, gas masks, military electronics.
- Any military-related goods (grips, pouches, tools, spare parts).
- Industrial equipment, parts and components, controllers, microchips, and control units.
- Radar equipment, radars, transmitters, and receivers.
- Marine and avionic navigation equipment, including sonars.
- Matches and pyrotechnics.
- Aerosols, sprays, paints, bleaches, adhesives, and flammable substances.
- Alcohol-based products (antiseptics, vape liquids, perfumes, eau de toilette, etc.).
- Airbags.
- Dry ice.
- Alcohol, ethyl spirits, and beer.
- Tobacco products, smoking blends, e-cigarettes, and squonk boxes.
- Any products containing nicotine.
- Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and precursors (per the Ministry of Health list).
- Nootropics and neurostimulants.
- CBD (cannabidiol) and any products containing it.
- Medications of any kind, including painkillers, hormonal drugs, and syrups.
- Money, currency, money orders, bonds, securities, checks, cards, and lottery tickets.
- Passports, ID cards, and any personal documents.
- SIM cards.
- Car tires, tyres, bicycle tires, and all types of tires (when arranging delivery via CDEK, tariffs: SuperFast, FastBox, Express, CDEK BY ONE, CDEK BY COMBO, CDEK BY COMBO Courier, CDEK KZ COMBO Courier, CDEK KZ COMBO, CDEK KZ ONE).
- Radioactive materials.
- Quadcopters, drones, and their components.
- Perishable goods.
- Seeds, fertilizers, plants, and animals.
- Cultural valuables, antiques, collectible coins, and precious stones (including raw diamonds).
- Anything prohibited by postal, customs, and legal regulations, including acts of the Universal Postal Union and the Customs Union.
