Cashback $3–$6 for each shipped package, old cumulative discounts on rates and a 7% discount. Only one thing applies.
We return money to your balance for every shipped package. Cashback is activated automatically after 30 shipped packages and stays with you forever. You don't need to sign up for anything.
The cashback amount depends on the shipping cost: $3 for shipping up to $50, $4 for shipping from $50 to $100, $6 for shipping over $100.
The money is credited to your main balance immediately after the package leaves the warehouse. You can spend it on shipping and on purchasing goods, or withdraw it to your account.
There were two mechanisms in place on Pochtoy.com.
Cumulative tariff discounts. The discount was unlocked permanently once you reached the required volume for that tariff:
Qualification counted by either condition: either by the number of parcels or by weight. The discount applied only to its own tariff.
7% shipping discount. Some regular customers received 7% on all tariffs, others received a one-time 7% coupon for each paid parcel.
From July 21, 2026, we no longer open new discounts; cashback is used instead. If a discount is already applied to your account, it remains with you. The promo code is applied automatically when you check out a parcel, you do not need to enter it manually.
No, only one thing applies: either a discount or cashback.
Cumulative discounts on tariffs, the 7% discount, and cashback are different programs. The customer participates in one of them: if you have a shipping discount activated, we do not начисляем cashback. You cannot switch from a discount to cashback or vice versa.
The same rule applies to one-time promo codes: cashback does not come for a package with a discount. Cashback is credited for packages sent at full price.
Usually the reason is one of three. First: you have a shipping discount enabled, and discounts and cashback cannot be combined. Second: a one-time promo code was applied to the package. Third: the package was shipped at a promotional price (iHerb, sneakers, jeans), and cashback is not accrued for promotional packages.
You can check your accruals and discounts in your personal account in the “Bonuses and promo codes” section.
Only one of these will apply to this package. If you use a promo code, for example a support coupon or a 10% promotional discount, we will not credit cashback for this shipment. On the next package that you send at full price, cashback will return.
Calculate which is more выгоднее. For shipping at $30, a 10% discount will save $3, and cashback will return the same amount. For shipping at $80, the discount will be $8, and cashback $4.
