What is CDEK KZ ONE?
CDEK KZ ONE – this is a fast delivery tariff developed in partnership with CDEK company. Parcels sent under this tariff follow the route New York → transit airport → Moscow, where after customs clearance they are transferred for further delivery by CDEK company to Kazakhstan.
What’s important to know about the CDEK KZ ONE tariff?
The CDEK KZ ONE tariff is suitable for both independent purchases and orders purchased by operators (buyers). The parcel does not need to be registered in advance – it is processed after arrival at the warehouse. Delivery from the warehouse in the USA takes from 5 days, and you can receive the parcel at a pickup point or parcel locker. The delivery partner is CDEK. If the value of goods in the parcel exceeds 200 euros, the customs duty can be paid in advance online. To fill out the declaration, you will need: a link to each product from the online store, passport data, and the recipient's IIN .
Which countries is the tariff available to?
The CDEK KZ ONE tariff is available only for shipments from Kazakhstan.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes from 5 to 15 days.
What package sizes and weights are allowed?
For delivery to a pickup point, restrictions do not apply – parcels of any size and weight are accepted.
Can I repack the package in CDEK KZ ONE?
With the CDEK KZ ONE tariff, parcels are shipped in the same form they arrived at the warehouse. Before shipping, each parcel is inspected, and if the packaging seems unreliable, it may be replaced with a more durable one – to ensure safe delivery.
What items can be shipped?
Most items for personal use can be sent. Restrictions apply only to those categories included in the prohibited items list – it is indicated via the link on the site.
How to create a parcel?
To process the package, the recipient's passport details and IIN are indicated, then a customs declaration is completed: item names, links, article numbers and their actual value. An additional fee – $50 is charged for incorrectly specified data. If the package contains lots from eBay or Etsy, each item is listed in the declaration, and additional accessories and gifts are marked with a symbolic value of $1.1.
When do I need to register a parcel?
If you want to register a package, you need to do so right after it arrives at the warehouse – it will appear in your account, and you will be able to arrange delivery for it.
How do I know that a package has arrived at the warehouse?
If a package arrives at the warehouse, then after check-in and weighing, a notification appears in your account, and an email arrives with information about the required payment.
How is dimensional weight calculated?
Dimensional weight is calculated using the formula: length × width × height / 5000. If it exceeds the physical weight by three times, the dimensional weight is used in the calculation. Payment is based on the physical weight, but an additional fee is charged for each kilogram of excess dimensional weight. An exact calculation is available in the shipping calculator.
Do I need to upload invoices?
Uploading invoices is not required, however, CDEK may request them at the request of customs.
How is shipping paid for?
Shipping is paid after the parcel arrives at the warehouse, is weighed, and inspected. Payment can be made in advance by topping up the balance in your personal account.
Is there insurance?
Under the CDEK KZ ONE tariff, parcels are automatically insured for the amount specified in the declaration. Insurance is mandatory, and its cost can be viewed in advance in the calculator by specifying the value of the goods in the parcel.
How much does insurance cost?
The insurance cost is calculated automatically. Current rates are listed in the calculator and in the «Rates» section on the website.
Does insurance cover theft of contents?
Insurance covers total loss of the parcel and theft of contents. For parcels from private individuals, including items from eBay, insurance applies only to cases of total loss. To additionally insure the parcel against theft or damage, you can order the service of photographing the parcel's contents at the warehouse.

Damage insurance does not apply in the following cases:

– if the item was sent by the seller in unreliable packaging: a soft mailer, an unsuitable box, lack of protective materials, loose movement inside the packaging;

– if the item belongs to the high-risk group: glass, ceramic, and porcelain items, fragile plastic, candles, lamps, monitors, TVs, fishing rods, vinyl records, oversized items, etc.;

– if the item is packed in factory packaging (including doll blister boxes, vinyl packaging, and similar) – damage to the packaging itself is not an insured event.

In all listed situations, insurance covers only total loss of the parcel.
How long is a parcel stored at the pickup point?
The parcel is stored at the pickup point for up to 14 days, and in a parcel locker – 3 days. If the storage period in the parcel locker has expired, the parcel is moved to the nearest pickup point. To extend storage or clarify further actions, you can contact CDEK support.
