What is Express?
Express – is a delivery tariff developed in partnership with the CDEK company. It allows combining several parcels into one shipment, sending large consolidated parcels and choosing a convenient receipt method: by courier, at order pickup points (PVZ) or CDEK and Halva parcel lockers.
What’s important to know about the Express tariff?
The Express tariff allows combining multiple incoming parcels into one shipment and forming large consolidated shipments without weight and size restrictions. Parcels can be delivered by courier, as well as to CDEK and Halva pickup points and parcel lockers. If the value of the goods exceeds 200 euros, the customs duty can be conveniently paid online in advance. To complete the declaration, you will need links to the products, passport data and the recipient's TIN.
Which countries is the tariff available to?
The Express tariff is available only for shipments to Russia.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes from 5 to 15 days. For Moscow and St. Petersburg, parcels arrive faster – in 6-7 days on average.
What package sizes and weights are allowed?
For delivery to pickup points, no restrictions apply – parcels of any size and weight are accepted.

For CDEK parcel lockers, limits apply: maximum dimensions of a single parcel – 64×40×36 cm, weight – up to 30 kg.

For «Halva» parcel lockers, the parameters differ: maximum dimensions – 43×42×39 cm, weight – up to 30 kg.
Can the package be repacked in Express?
In the Express tariff, the package can be repackaged. Before shipping, we combine incoming packages into one box and, at your request, can remove excess factory packaging or, conversely, add additional protection.
What items can be shipped?
You can send most goods for personal use. Restrictions apply only to those categories that are included in the list of prohibited – it is indicated by the link on the site.
How to create a parcel?
To register a parcel, the recipient's passport details and TIN are provided, and then a customs declaration is filled out: item names, links, article numbers, and their actual value. An additional fee is charged for incorrectly provided information – $50. If the parcel contains lots from eBay or Etsy, each item is listed in the declaration, and additional accessories and gifts are indicated with a symbolic price of $1.1.
How is dimensional weight calculated?
Dimensional weight is calculated using the formula: length × width × height / 5000. If it exceeds the physical weight by three times, the dimensional weight is used in the calculation. Payment is based on the physical weight, but an additional fee is charged for each kilogram of excess dimensional weight. An exact calculation is available in the shipping calculator.
Do I need to upload invoices?
Uploading invoices is not required, however, CDEK may request them at the request of customs.
How is shipping paid for?
Shipping is paid after the parcel arrives at the warehouse, is weighed, and inspected. Payment can be made in advance by topping up the balance in your personal account.
Is there insurance?
Under the Express tariff parcels are automatically insured for the amount specified in the declaration. Insurance is mandatory, and its cost can be viewed in advance in the calculator by specifying the cost of the goods in the parcel.
How much does insurance cost?
The insurance cost is calculated automatically. Current rates are listed in the calculator and in the «Rates» section on the website.
Does insurance cover theft of contents?
Insurance covers total loss of the parcel and theft of contents. For parcels from private individuals, including items from eBay, insurance applies only to cases of total loss. To additionally insure the parcel against theft or damage, you can order the service of photographing the parcel's contents at the warehouse.

Damage insurance does not apply in the following cases:

– if the item was sent by the seller in unreliable packaging: a soft mailer, an unsuitable box, lack of protective materials, loose movement inside the packaging;

– if the item belongs to the high-risk group: glass, ceramic, and porcelain items, fragile plastic, candles, lamps, monitors, TVs, fishing rods, vinyl records, oversized items, etc.;

– if the item is packed in factory packaging (including doll blister boxes, vinyl packaging, and similar) – damage to the packaging itself is not an insured event.

In all listed situations, insurance covers only total loss of the parcel.
How long is a parcel stored at the pickup point?
The parcel is stored at the pickup point for up to 14 days, and in a parcel locker – 3 days. If the storage period in the parcel locker has expired, the parcel is moved to the nearest pickup point. To extend storage or clarify further actions, you can contact CDEK support.
How to find the addresses of pickup points and parcel lockers?
Addresses of available parcel lockers and pickup points are displayed when creating a parcel on the website: the system automatically shows all delivery options for your region.
What to do if the package was not picked up on time?
If the package was not picked up from the postamat within 3 days, it is moved to the nearest pickup point. If necessary, you can contact customer support to extend the storage period or resend the package.
