What is API?
API Pochtoy – is a technical solution for transferring data about your clients' orders to your personal account on our website, which significantly simplifies the process of processing and sending parcels.

With our API you can automatically create an incoming parcel, generate a declaration based on your client's order data, and transfer the recipient's data from your website, bot, or application to the Pochtoy personal account.

If you have a website, bot, or other platform for selling goods from the USA, connect our API. We will accept your applications and clients' parcels to deliver orders to your customers in Russia. Please indicate the address of your website or the name of the bot/application in the application so that we can promptly connect you with our technical specialist.
The API is in a closed beta version, and the documentation is currently being prepared.
How to send a request to the API?
To send an API request, write to support via chat (window on the glorious page) or send a ticket with an appeal in your personal account. We will promptly contact you and answer your questions!
What can we deliver?
We can deliver any goods not prohibited for shipment to the Russian Federation from the USA; for more details on the terms you can read here.

Please note that some product categories are prohibited for international postal forwarding. We recommend that you carefully review the list of such goods, and if you have any questions or doubts, contact support service.
Are there any restrictions on the quantity of identical items in one package?
Please note the restriction on the quantity of identical goods per 1 package - one package must contain no more than 3 identical goods (for personal use) and no more than 5 identical goods for a commercial order.
You can also place an order as follows: 3 identical goods to one recipient and 2 identical goods to another recipient, while the address and full name in the orders must be different.
Do I need to leave data for the customs declaration?
When ordering, you need to fill in the data for the customs declaration - passport data, full name, as well as the delivery address.
Where is the data stored?
All data about clients and parcels is stored on servers located on the territory of the Russian Federation. We do not store data outside the RF.
What is an affiliate program and how to get a discount?
If you want to know what the affiliate program is and how to get a discount, then it's simple: invite friends, give them a 15% discount and get $3 cashback throughout the year. Accrued bonuses can be used to pay for orders or delivery.
