Delivery usually takes from 5 to 15 days. For Moscow and St. Petersburg, parcels arrive faster – on average in 6-7 days.

What items are included in the package with promotional delivery?
The jeans delivery promotion applies only to product categories: jeans and denim shorts of any brands (both women's, men's and children's).

Other denim product categories do not participate in the promotion: skirts, jumpsuits, shirts, vests, jackets, accessories! The package also must not contain goods of any other categories!
Do consolidated parcels participate in the promotion?
Consolidated parcels do not participate in the jeans delivery promotion.
How much does delivery of promotional goods cost?
If you want to know how much delivery of promotional goods costs, then for a parcel weighing up to 2 kg the cost will be $19,99. Important: if the parcel weight exceeds 2 kg by at least 1 gram, the promotional price does not apply.
For which tariffs does the promotion apply?
Special price for jeans delivery up to 2 kg $19,99 is available for independent purchases or purchases with operators, with delivery to a parcel locker or pickup point for the «Super Fast» and «Fast Box» tariffs. Under the promotion, courier delivery is unavailable. The Super Fast tariff is arranged before the parcel arrives at the warehouse. The Fast Box tariff is arranged after the parcel arrives at the warehouse. Details in the calculator. Recalculation of promotional delivery for the Super Fast tariff will be made before delivery payment, and for the Fast Box tariff after delivery payment.
Do I need to buy additional insurance?
Insurance is mandatory, and its cost can be viewed in advance in the calculator by specifying the cost of the goods in the package.

Will I get bonuses and cashback from the promotional package?
Cashback and bonuses from promotional packages are not paid. Also, the delivery discount does not apply to the promotional price.
How to correctly calculate the weight of goods?
The weight of the assembled package at final weighing must not exceed 2 kg. If the package weighs at least 1 gram more than 2 kg, the promotion does not apply.

Approximate weight of items without packaging:
- Women's jeans: 500–800 g
- Men's jeans: 600 g – 1,2 kg
- Women's denim shorts: 300–500 g
- Men's denim shorts: 500–700 g
Be sure to add allowance for packaging – 250–350 g.

If the regular delivery price according to the tariff is less than the promotional one, then the lower one (calculated by the calculator) applies.
