What are achievements in your personal account?
Achievements in your account are badges for the steps you take with us: you confirmed your email, calculated shipping in the calculator, filled out the declaration, sent your first package. Unlocked achievements are collected into sets, and sets are grouped into levels. You can view them in the “My Achievements” block.
What levels are there?
There are four levels, and they go in order:
- Beginner: account created, email confirmed, shipping calculated;
- Experienced: the first package arrived, the declaration was filled out, the first shipment was sent;
- Expert: 3, 5, and 10 sent packages;
- Ambassador: recommendations to friends, public reviews, and 30 sent packages.
Each level has its own corgi mascot, which changes when you unlock a new level.
Do I need to do anything to unlock the achievement?
You don't need to do anything special: achievements unlock on their own when you perform an action. Verified your email, calculated shipping, consolidated packages, sent your third package, and the badge lights up in your account. Some achievements are part of the required set for the level, while others simply bring bonuses.
What do I get for achievements?
For achievements, you get real money and discounts, not just icons:
- for a referred friend: your friend gets a 10% discount, you get $3 after their first package;
- for public reviews: up to $11 to your account, details in the “We give dollars for reviews” section;
- for 30 shipped packages: VIP status with cashback for each package.
What is VIP status and how can you get it?
VIP status is our way of thanking loyal customers, and you can get it automatically after 30 shipped packages. No application is needed: as soon as the 30th package leaves the warehouse, we activate the status ourselves and send you an email. VIP stays with you forever.
How much cashback do we credit to VIP clients?
We credit cashback to VIP customers for each shipped package and calculate it based on the shipping cost:
- $3 for shipping up to $50;
- $4 for shipping from $50 to $100;
- $6 for shipping over $100.
The money is credited to your balance, and you use it to pay for your next packages. Details and exceptions are described in the “Cashback Program” section.
Where can I view my level and achievements?
You can view your level and achievements in your personal account, in the “My Achievements” section: there you can see how many milestones have been completed, what remains until the next level, and which mascot you currently have.
