What the bot sends and how to connect it
The Telegram bot @PochtoyUSAbot can send to the chat things that you would otherwise learn about only in your account: a package has arrived at the warehouse, the status has changed, money has been deducted from the balance. This way you won’t miss an arrival or the assembly invoice.
You can connect the bot from your personal account using the “Connect bot” button: the bot will link to your account and confirm the connection with the message “Telegram bot activated”.
The bot costs zero, there is no separate charge for notifications.
They are duplicated: we send important events both to email and to your account, where they are stored in the bell. Telegram is needed for speed: in the chat, the message is visible right away.
You can disable messages in your profile settings, where email notifications are also managed. Messages in your account will remain in any case; we do not disable them.
