Website status update: when will everything be back to normal?

Dear customers, as you know, we recently launched a major website update. It was a technically complex release, and we understand that not everything is working as it should yet.
Our development team is working without days off, practically 24/7, to fix all bugs and issues as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for your understanding. The update was truly necessary, and we're doing everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Current status of processes:
– Shipments are going as planned
– Order purchasing is working stably
– Package assembly and receiving are also running normally
– There are minor delays with special requests, but we expect to catch up by the end of this work week
Feedback and suggestions:
We read everything you write and carefully collect all wishes, criticism, and suggestions. If you have suggestions or something isn't working – it's best to report it through tickets in your personal account. That way your request definitely won't get lost. In chats and Telegram, we can't keep up with everything that comes in.
If errors or issues occur on the website – please be sure to specify:
– which device and browser you're using
– at what stage the error occurs and what you're doing at that moment
This really helps us fix everything faster.
