How our warehouse works

We help you shop in the USA with worldwide delivery

We're one of the oldest US package forwarding services. We started in 2008 and have shipped hundreds of thousands of packages since then. Our Delaware warehouse team has been with us for years — they know the stores, the ins and outs of packaging, and customs regulations.

Don't want to or can't pay at US stores yourself? Send us a link and we'll place the order for you: Amazon, eBay, Macy's, iHerb, Nike, Ralph Lauren and hundreds of other stores. If the item is in an eBay auction, we'll help you bid and win it.

We can consolidate multiple packages into one so you save on shipping. Our smart AI assistant will fill out the customs declaration and recipient details for you. Packages can stay at the warehouse for up to 70 days free of charge. We accept PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard and MIR.

    A personal warehouse address in Delaware right after sign-up.

  2. Step 02

    Shop yourself or order personal shopping

    Shop at any US store yourself or simply send us a link and we'll place the order for you. We purchase from thousands of US stores, including eBay auctions.

  3. Step 03

    We'll pack your package

    If you have multiple shipments, we'll combine them into one package — shipping will cost less that way. A smart assistant will help fill out the declaration and recipient details.

  4. Step 04

    Receive it

    We'll deliver to a pickup point near you, to a post office, or straight to your door — no matter what country you're in.
