How do order consolidation and promo codes work?
You can place multiple orders on iHerb using different promo codes, and they'll all arrive at our warehouse. We'll combine them into one parcel — so you get the most out of your discounts and save on shipping. Or the other way around — we can split one large parcel into several for different recipients. The service is paid but affordable.
Do I need to fill out a customs declaration?
No, you don't need to fill it out manually. Just send us the order details in any format — a screenshot, Excel file, or plain text. Our AI will process the information and help complete the declaration quickly and without errors. Especially handy when you're handling a high volume of parcels.
How many identical items can be in one parcel?
Up to 3 identical items and up to 5 similar items per parcel. We ship goods for personal use only — we don't handle commercial quantities. If you need more, split them across multiple parcels to different recipients.
What iHerb products can be shipped?
Vitamins, supplements, sports nutrition, and permitted food products. Some decorative cosmetics are restricted for delivery to Russia — check with support by sending links to the products. Liquid limit is up to 3 liters per parcel.
How do I connect the API?
Contact support via chat or submit a request through your account. Once connected, an API documentation tab will appear in your settings. The integration lets you submit orders, receive processing statuses, and tracking information.
What if the parcel value exceeds the €200 customs threshold?
The duty is 15% of the amount over the threshold + ~500₽ processing fee. For vitamin parcels under 1 kg, this almost never applies — the value of the goods usually stays within the limit. You can pay the duty in advance on the website.
Can I suggest improvements to the service?
Yes! We roll out improvements for resellers every month. Just write to support and tell us what's missing — we'll add it to the roadmap and build it. Many of the current features came directly from partner requests.
