Who can participate in the referral program?
Any registered Pochtoy.com customer. You can get your referral link or code in your personal account. You can share the link directly (the discount will be applied automatically) or give out the code to be entered when placing a parcel.
Are there any restrictions for participating in the referral program?
Yes. Family members or people living with the customer cannot participate. Creating a second account to refer yourself is not allowed. You also cannot invite customers to other LLC Pochtoy.com projects and receive payments for them — the program applies only within the Pochtoy.com service.
How long is a referred customer linked to me?
The customer is linked to you for 1 year. During this time, you earn commissions for all their shipments.
What's in it for the referred customer?
When signing up through your link or code, they receive 10% off their first shipped parcel.
What is the commission rate?
The standard commission rate is $3 for every parcel shipped by a referred customer (excluding promotional parcels with a special delivery price). The commission rate may be changed at our discretion or as part of special promotions — either up or down — at any time.
When will the cashback be credited?
As soon as your referred friend's parcel is shipped from the warehouse. You can check your earnings in the "Transaction History" section of your account.
Can I withdraw the cashback I've earned?
Yes, you can use your bonus dollars to shop at US stores, pay for shipping, or withdraw them to your account once you've accumulated $50 or more.
Which promotions are excluded from the referral program?
The referral program does not apply to any special promotions with reduced prices, such as the iHerb promotion with delivery up to 1 kg and up to 3 kg.
How do I use the promotional materials?
In your account you'll find a library of banners in various formats and themes. You can place them on websites, social media, and newsletters to attract friends.
Can the company change the program terms?
Yes. We reserve the right to remove a referral and cancel any accruals at any time if a violation of the rules or suspicious activity is detected.
